Q: How long does it take to make and ship an order? 
A: The current timeframe to make and ship out most orders is 5 - 7 business days. We will however always endeavour to have orders shipped out ASAP, but please be patient and understanding that most of our products are hand-made and when there is a large influx of orders, things can take time. If your order will take longer than 7 days to be made, you will receive an email notifying you of this no later than 5 days after your order. 

Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: When shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Please check your junk folder regularly as from time to time these emails may end up in there. All orders are sent through Australia Post. For international orders, Australia Post will handover to your local public postal service, e.g. USPS in the United States. Your tracking number is trackable on the Australia Post website, as well as your local postal service website.
