BLACK FRIDAY POSTAGE ENQUIRIES PLEASE READ:
Thank you for all those who made purchases in the last two weeks of November. We have a lot of orders to work though and Ben is working 12 hours days to get your orders made and posted. Please remember that our products are made to order, and are made in the order that the customer order's are received in. Our standard production time has always been an average of 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped, however please allow a little longer during this busy period. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Q: How long does it take to make and ship an order?
A: The current timeframe to make and ship out most orders is 5 - 7 business days. We will however always endeavour to have orders shipped out ASAP, but please be patient and understanding that almost all of our products are hand-made / made to order and when there is a large influx of orders, things can take time. Our busiest times of the year are usually around sales events, particular Black Friday/Cyber Monday - and during these events things can take a little longer than normal to get made and posted. Don't hesitate to email Ben using the box below if you are wanting an order progress update.
Q: What about 3D printed items?
A: The 5-7 day time frame still applies to 3D printed items. Occasionally when there is a large influx of orders at the same time for 3D printed items, this time frame can extend as we only have so many printers on hand.
A lot of our 3D printed products take half a day or longer to print, and almost all of them we do some degree of hand finishing (i.e. sanding, painting, texturing etc) to get the best finish possible.
Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: When shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Please check your junk folder regularly as from time to time these emails may end up in there. All orders are sent through Australia Post. For international orders, Australia Post will handover to your local public postal service, e.g. USPS in the United States. Your tracking number is trackable on the Australia Post website, as well as your local postal service website.
Q: Can you supply tax invoices?
A: Yes. Trail Teq is a registered Australian business (ABN: 60 968 752 184) and is registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Q: Can I stock Trail Teq products in my business?
A: Trail Teq has an authorised reseller program for Australian and International businesses. If you are interested in stocking our products, please contact us.
