The Trail Teq family will be away on holiday from October 19th - November 6th for some much needed R&R. 

While we are away, we can't ship most orders out as we are a family run business (and we make most of our products to order). 

Please read below for information on dispatch dates, order info, as well as a discount code for your patience. A FAQ of likely questions is also under the announcement. 

The last order date for dispatch prior to us leaving for holiday will be October 14th. 

This date is for all products excluding decals. Read more about decal orders below. 

Most orders placed on or after the 15th will begin to be fulfilled and dispatched when we get back. 

Please keep in mind that we manufacture almost all of our most popular products ourselves, by hand. 

This is why we are putting a deadline of October 14th if you want your order dispatched before we leave. 

This update includes all of our made to order items, such as:

-  Keyless Entry Systems  - Steering Wheel Adapters - Custom Switches - Cupholders

Orders containing Decals or Body Stripe Kits will continue to be dispatched during the period we are away by our commercial printer. 

If your order has decals and made to order products (e.g. a Keyless Entry System), the decals will be dispatched as normal and the other made to order products will be dispatched when we return. 

If you have an existing body stripe kit order or make a new one in this time, please be patient as these do take longer to fulfil than anything else due to the nature of their production. 

While we are away, we may take a little longer to respond to email but we will still do our best to reply to email enquiries within 24 hours. 

Dispatch Timeframes (Estimates):

Orders Placed on or before October 14th for electrical or interior products will be finalised and dispatched on or before October 15th before we leave. 

Orders Placed on or after October 15th  will begin dispatching when we return in the order that they are received (excluding decals / body stripes which will continue as normal). 

We have pre-prepped most of our most common components and consumables and we envision to be caught up on all outstanding orders by November 13th.
